The Board of Government of the Hydrographic Confederation of Mino-Sil, at its meeting of 30 April 2012, agreed to delegate certain powers to the President of the Basin Agency, in order to achieve greater agility in administrative action and comply with the legal principles of effectiveness and efficiency.

Consequently, and in accordance with the powers I have conferred, I resolve:

Publish the following delegation of powers agreed by the Government Board of the Mino-Sil Hydrographic Confederation at its meeting on 30 April 2012:

First.

The President of the Hydrographic Confederation of the Mino-Sil is delegated the competence of the Governing Board for the approval of the projects of the works carried out from the own funds of the agency and those that are entrusted by the State, as well as the processing of public information thereof.

Second.

The administrative resolutions to be adopted, in use of the delegation contained in this resolution, shall expressly state such a circumstance and shall be deemed to be dictated by the Governing Board.

Third.

At any time, the Board of Government of the Hydrographic Confederation of the Mino-Sil will be able to endorse the exercise of the competence delegated in this resolution, as established in Article 14 of the Law of Regime. Legal of Public Administrations and of the Common Administrative Procedure.

You may also revoke the delegation granted in accordance with the provisions of Article 13.6 of Law 30/1992 of 26 November.

Fourth.

This resolution shall produce effects from the day following that of its publication in the "Official State Gazette".
