The Higher State Contract Price Committee has prepared national labor and material price indices, applicable to the revision of contract prices concluded by the Public Administrations, for the months of October, November and December 2011, which were proposed for those months.

Approved those indices by the Government's Delegated Commission for Economic Affairs at its meeting of 26 April 2012, in accordance with the provisions of Article 79.4 of Law 30/2007 of 30 October 2012 on the Public Sector, this Ministry has had its publication in the following form:
