Obtained the verification of the study Plan by the Council of universities, following a positive report from the National Agency for quality assessment and accreditation (ANECA).

Established the official nature of the title by agreement of the Council of Ministers of October 28, 2011 (published in the official Gazette of November 25, 2011 by resolution of the General Secretariat of universities from November 7, 2011).

For the purposes of the compliance of it planned in the article 35.4 of the law organic 6 / 2001, of 21 of December, of universities, and in the drafting given by it law organic 4 / 2007, of 12 of April, that established that them guiding and them guiding of them universities must order the publication in the Bulletin official of the State (BOE) and in the daily official of Galicia (DOG) in this case, the first paragraph of the section 5.1 of the memory for the request for verification of official titles, according to annex I of Royal Decree 1393 / 2007, of October 29, according to press release of 14 October 2008 of the General academic coordination and legal regime of the Ministry of science and innovation, on the structure of the teachings , and according to the article 26 of the Royal Decree 861 / 2010, of 2 of July.
