Article 43 of Law 39/2007 of 19 November, of the military career, provides that teaching in the Armed Forces is integrated into the general education system and, consequently, is inspired by principles and is oriented towards the achievement of the purposes of such a system established in the legal system, with adaptations due to the military condition.

For their part, in Articles 44 and 45 of the Law 39/2007 of 19 November, it is indicated that the training of officers and non-commissioned officers comprises the general and specific military officers, for whom they enter prior university qualifications, in the case of officers, with a university degree corresponding to the general education system and, in the case of non-commissioned officers, with the technical training corresponding to a diploma in vocational training of a higher grade, except in the case of the Military Musician Body, which will be completed with the training Technical military accredited according to the requirements required for admission.

Moreover, Articles 57 and 58, respectively, of the abovementioned Law 39/2007 of 19 November, provide that military training centres may be admitted to the training centres of the military training centres, in the places to be determined, in the the case of the officers, with the degree of university degrees to be established, taking into account the technical and professional requirements of the body and the fundamental specialty to which it is to be accessed and in the case of the non-commissioned officers, with the vocational training courses which are regulated in the light of the technical and professional requirements of the scale to be accessed, which will always be understood as the minimum academic level required.

The titles of the former educational organization are specified in Annex II of the Regulations for the entry and promotion and management of training in the Armed Forces, approved by the Royal Decree 35/2010, dated January 15. In point 2 it authorizes the Minister of Defense to determine, as they are registered in the Register of Universities, Centers and Titles, regulated by Royal Decree 1509/2008, of September 12, which official university degrees will be required to enter training military training centres to access the different levels of officers and, in point 3, to determine the qualifications of the higher technical staff that are of interest to the Armed Forces.

The continued enrollment of new official university degrees in the Register of Universities, Centers and Titles, as well as the approval of new titles of higher technicians, results in a constant variation of its number, by What makes it necessary to determine annually those official and higher technical university degrees to be required for entry into the Armed Forces.

In its virtue, I have:

Article 1. Determination of the degree of formal university degrees that will be required for admission to the military training centers to access the different scales of officers of the Armed Forces.

The official university degrees obtained according to Royal Decree 1393/2007, of 29 October, which establishes the ordination of official university teaching, are the ones that, for each body, are indicated to continuation:

a) Specific Corps of Armies.

1. General Corps and Marine Corps:

2. Other titles.

For these purposes, the relationships set out in Annex 2.b to Royal Decree 1618/2011 of 14 November on the recognition of studies in the field of higher education shall be considered.

Final disposition first. Amendment of Order DEF/780/2011 of 31 March approving the rules governing the selection processes for the entry into the military training centres of training to access the scales of non-commissioned officers General and Marine Corps.

Paragraph 3 of the second rule of Order DEF/780/2011 of 31 March, which is read as follows:

" In the selection processes in which it is required to be in possession of a higher technical qualification, the higher-grade vocational training qualifications to be established in the relevant call shall belong to the to the professional families listed in paragraph 3.A of Annex II to the Regulation and to the qualifications which the Minister of Defence determines, in accordance with the provisions indicated therein. '

Final disposition second. Entry into force.

This ministerial order shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the "Official State Gazette".
