Having regard to the text of the salary tables for the years 2010 and 2011 of the Collective Agreement of the Ferralla Industries (Convention Code number 99012395011999), which was signed dated 7 September 2011, by by the ANIFER business association, representing the companies in the sector, and by the trade union organisations MCA-UGT, FECOMA-CC.OO. and FI-CC.OO, representing the employees of the sector, and in accordance with the Article 90 (2) and (3) of the Law on the Staff Regulations of the European Communities recast approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/1995 of 24 March, and Royal Decree 713/2010 of 28 May on the registration and deposit of collective agreements and agreements of work,

This Employment General Address resolves:

Order the registration of the said salary revision in the corresponding Register of collective agreements and agreements working through electronic means of this management center, with notification to the Negotiating Commission.

SALARY TABLES FOR THE YEARS 2010 AND 2011 OF THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT OF THE FERRALLA INDUSTRIES

In Madrid, on 7 September 2011, at the headquarters of ANIFER, Calle Dulcinea, 10B, 28020 in Madrid, the following are gathered together with the representations indicated, all of them from the Joint Committee of the The current General Convention of Ferralla, 2009-2011, in order to set the salary tables for 2010 and 2011.

Agree:

1. The review provided for in Article 41 is carried out and the salary tables revised in the year 2 per 100, corresponding to that year, which are annexed to this Act, have been fixed.

Therefore, for the calculation of the 2010 wage revision, a 2 per 100 has been applied on the revised tables for the year 2009.

2. The differences in salary revision shall be paid with retroactive effect to 1 January 2010, in a single payment, within 30 days of the date of its publication.

3. For the salary tables for the year 2011, an increase of 1.5 per 100 is established.

In the case that the actual CPI for the year 2011 is higher than the quoted 1.5 per 100, the same will be increased in excess up to a maximum of 0.5 per 100.

No more issues to be dealt with and tested in compliance, are signed by the people previously referred to.
