By Order Culth/382/2009 of 17 February, the "Velázquez" Prize of the Plastic Arts was regulated, an international award that prizes the totality of the work of a creator in the field of the plastic arts, in any of its manifestations. Rewards the award-winning work of the award-winning award to highlight their outstanding contribution to Hispanic culture.
