The current system of public entry prices to the Museum, approved by Resolution of 8 August 2011, published in the "Official State Gazette" of 20 August 2011, establishes, in order to encourage the visit to the Museum, the single entry mode, which allows visitors to freely access both the collection and the temporary exposures.

This resolution sets the price of the most exemplary single entry mode of Laguia del Prado at 19.50 euros, which aims to improve the quality of the visit and facilitate the understanding of the exhibition.

In order to adapt the prices of the latter mode of entry to the cost structure of the Museum, it is necessary to proceed to the updating of its price.

Consequently, the mandatory formalities, the Permanent Commission of the Royal Board of Trustees, on a proposal of the Director, as provided for in article 5.5 (f) of Royal Decree 433/2004, of March 12, for which the Statute is approved of the National Museum of the Prado, and under the protection of article 18 of Law 46/2003, of 25 November, regulator of the National Museum of the Prado, approves the following modification of the Resolution of 8 August 2011, published in the BOE on August 20, 2011,

Single item.

The wording of Article 5.1 of the Resolution of 8 August 2011 is worded as follows:

" With the objective of improving the quality of the visit and facilitating the understanding of the exhibition, the most exemplary individual entry form of the guide of the Prado is established, at the price of EUR 22.00. This entry can be purchased both at the Museum's lockers, as well as through the telematic systems, and gives access to both the collection and the temporary exhibitions. "

Entry into effect.

This resolution shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the "Official State Gazette".
