Having regard to the text of the wage revision of the years 2011 and 2012 of the State Collective Agreement in the metalworking and manufacturing industry of light metal packaging, (Convention Code No. 99003445011982) approved in Acta dated 20 April 2012 from one party to the Spanish Metalgraphic Association (AME) representing companies in the sector, and from another by the trade union organisations FI-CC.OO and MCA-UGT representing the workers concerned, and pursuant to Article 90 (2) and (3) of the Law on the Statute of the Workers, Recast Text approved by the Royal Legislative Decree 1/1995 of 24 March, and Royal Decree 713/2010 of 28 May on the registration and deposit of collective agreements and agreements.
This Employment General Address resolves:
First.
Order the registration of the said salary revision in the corresponding Register of collective agreements and agreements working through electronic means of this Steering Center, with notification to the Negotiating Commission.
Second.
Arrange your publication in the "Official State Bulletin".

MINUTES OF THE JOINT COMMISSION OF THE STATE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT IN THE INDUSTRY AND THE MANUFACTURE OF LIGHT METAL PACKAGING FROM 20 APRIL 2012

They meet for the purposes of the art. 18 of the text of the Convention, once known the actual CPI of 2,011 (January-December).
In relation to the update of tables 2011 and 2012 the following are adopted:
AGREES
First.
Approve the final salary table of the State Collective Agreement for the Metalgraphic Industry, as well as the specific supplement, with effect from 1 January to 31 December 2011, established according to real CPI (2.4%).
Second.
Approve the salary table in force since January 1, 2012, as well as the specific supplement, once applied in accordance with Article 17 of the same Convention (1.8%).
Third.
Forward the present Act and its Annexes to the Labor Authority, for its Registration and subsequent publication in the "Official Gazette of the State", giving to Don Alvaro Garrido Romero for the completion of the necessary formalities.
Fourth.
The payment of arrears arising from the revision of the salary table for the year 2011, as well as the new tables 2012, must be carried out by the companies before 31 May.
There are no issues to be dealt with, the meeting is completed, the 11 hours of the day being indicated.
