In compliance with the provisions contained in Royal Decree 951/2005 of 29 July establishing the framework for the improvement of quality in the General Administration of the State, the Library and Archives Network CSIC, a subsidiary of the Higher Council of Scientific Research (CSIC), has proceeded to update its Charter of Services.

Article 11.1 of that provision states that the Letters of Services shall be approved by a Resolution of the Deputy Secretary of the Department to which the organ belongs or is attached to the proposing body.

Having regard to the favourable report issued by the State Agency for the Evaluation of Public Policies and the Quality of Services dated 6 February 2015, pursuant to the powers assigned to it by the regulations This Secretariat has resolved to approve the updating of the Charter of Services of the Network of Libraries and Archives of the CSIC, which will take effect from the day following the publication of this Resolution in the " Official Journal of the Status ".

The said Charter of Services must be available in the electronic headquarters of this Ministry and also in the electronic headquarters of the Superior Council of Scientific Research (CSIC), in accordance with the provisions of the b) of Article 6.2 of Royal Decree 1671/2009 of 6 November 2009, for which the Law 11/2007, of 22 June, of electronic access of citizens to public services is partially developed. It will also be available on the Ministry's Internet Portal and at the following internet address: http://administracion.gob.es.
