Having regard to the text of the salary tables for the year 2014 of the Collective Agreement of the Chemical Industry (Convention Code n ° 99004235011981), which was signed on 21 January 2015, on the one hand, by the Federation Business of the Spanish Chemical Industry on behalf of the companies in the sector, and of another, by the trade unions CC.OO. and FITAG-UGT, on behalf of the workers, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 90 (2) and (3) of the Law of the Workers ' Statute, recast text approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/1995, of 24 March, and Royal Decree 713/2010 of 28 May 2010 on the registration and deposit of collective agreements and agreements of work,

This Employment General Address resolves:

First.

Order the registration of the aforementioned salary tables in the corresponding Register of Conventions and collective agreements of work with operation through electronic means of this Steering Center, with notification to the Negotiating Commission.

Second.

Arrange your publication in the "Official State Bulletin".

MINUTES OF THE EXTRAORDINARY MEETING OF THE NEGOTIATING COMMISSION OF THE 17TH GENERAL CONVENTION OF THE CHEMICAL INDUSTRY FOR THE REVIEW 2014

In Madrid, at 10:30 a.m. on January 21, 2015, they meet at the FEIQUE premises, located on Hermosilla Street, n. 31, from this capital, the representatives of FEIQUE, Industry of CC.OO. and FITAG-UGT, to the object of discuss the following order of the day:

I. Salary revision year 2014.

Having found, according to data from the National Statistics Institute, that the rate of variation of the Spanish General Consumer Price Index (CPI) for December 2014 is -1% (1% negative); and the rate of change The harmonised CPI of the Euro Zone was -0.2%, it is appropriate to use the first of the indicated references (Spanish general CPI) for the implementation of the wage revision clause provided for in Article 38 (b) of the General Convention of the Chemical Industry.

Taking into account that the Spanish general CPI of December 2014 has resulted in a figure below the European Central Bank's inflation target for that year (2%), no wage revision should be carried out in the year 2014 in accordance with the provisions of the article referred to in the preceding paragraph.

As a result, the minimum wage tables guaranteed in Articles 32 and 44 of the Convention, the pluse tables in Article 40, the use of Article 44.7 and the values of daily allowances are confirmed for the year 2014. mileage of Article 28.4, established all of them in the minutes of this Negotiating Commission dated February 11, 2014, published in the "BOE" dated March 20, 2014, and which are reproduced below:
