By Order ECD/1491/2014, of July 31, public prices were set by university academic services at the National University of Distance Education for the 2014-2015 course.

Thus, in the annexes of that order the amounts corresponding to the various public service benefits in the university education were determined, which were established by virtue of the proposals made by the university, taking into account the price limits agreed by the General Conference of University Policy.

However, after the order was issued, the aforementioned university has requested a change of the same which consists, on the one hand, in including the public prices of two new Master's degrees of new implementation in this course 2014-2015 (Master's degree in Protocol and Master's degree in General Health Psychology) that will be paid in accordance with the rules established in the order; and, on the other hand, in rectifying the original proposal of (a) to establish, in general, a price for participation in pre-registration for access to studies (a) a master's degree and a doctorate and replace it with the setting of a price for the evaluation of applications for access to master's and doctoral studies of students with degrees of foreign education systems.

Consequently, having regard to the proposal made to the effect by the National University of Distance Education, it is appropriate to amend that order in the sense of including in Annex IV, concerning the prices of Masteres University, the rates corresponding to the two new Master's degrees, and to amend paragraph 2.5 of Annex VI, relating to public prices for other services 2014-2015, to fix the new price for the evaluation of applications Master's and doctoral studies.

This order is dictated by the habilitation conferred by Article 26.1 of Law 8/1989, of 13 April, of Public Fees and Prices. In its virtue, I have:

One. The following tariffs are added to Annex IV of ECD/1491/2014 of 31 July 2014:

Two. Paragraph 2.5 of Annex VI is worded as follows:
