Obtained the verification of the study Plan by the Council of universities, following a positive report from the Agency for the quality of the University system of Galicia (ACSUGA).

Established the official nature of the title by agreement of the Council of Ministers on November 14, 2014 (published in the Official Gazette of 29 December by resolution of the General Secretariat of universities from November 24, 2014).

For the purposes of the compliance of the envisaged in article 35.4 of the organic law 6/2001, of 21 December, on universities, and in the wording given by the organic law 4/2007, of 12 April, laying down that the rectors and Vice-Chancellors of universities shall order the publication in the official State Bulletin (BOE) and in the official journal of Galicia (DOG) in this case, the first paragraph of the section 5.1 of the memory for the request for verification of official titles, according to annex I of Royal Decree 1393 / 2007, of October 29, according to press release of 14 October 2008 of the General academic coordination and legal regime of the Ministry of science and innovation, on the structure of the teachings , and according to the Royal Decree 861/2010 of 2 July.

This Rectorate resolved: publish the curriculum leading to the obtaining of the official title of master's degree in mining engineering from the University of Vigo, contained in the annex to this resolution.

To obtain the degree of Master's degree in mining engineering, students must exceed 96 ECTS obligatory and optional 24 ECTS, the latter distributed of the following way:-graduates from the University degree in engineering of the mining resources and energy. Speciality diploma and metallurgy from the University of Vigo: 12 ECTS of the Submodule 3A and 12 ECTS to choose among the materials of the IV module.

-Graduates from the University degree in engineering of mining and energy resources. Specialty exploitation of mines at the University of Vigo: 18 ECTS of the Submodule 3B and 6 ECTS of module IV.

-Graduates from the degree in engineering of the mineral resources and energy by the University of Vigo. Specific energy resources, fuel technology and explosives by the University of Vigo: 12 ECTS of the Submodule 3 c and 12 ECTS module IV.

-Graduates from the engineering degree gives energy by the University of Vigo: 24 ECTS of the Submodule 3D.

(-Graduates from a university degree of the Spanish University system: a) for graduates of university degree related to the exercise of the profession regulated engineering technique of mine: 24 ECTS module III: advanced training on technologies that you will configure for each student the Master's academic Committee the, b) for graduates of degree not linked to the exercise of the profession regulated engineering technique of mine : the 24 ECTS module III: training advanced technologies that you will configure for each student the academic Commission of the Master and the complementary training the academic Committee established for each student.
