Having regard to the text of the minutes, dated 17 February 2015, where the wage revision agreements for the year 2014 of the Industrial Cold Industries Collective Agreement (Convention Code No. 99002255011981) were collected, which was signed by the Association of Refrigerated Farms, Logistics and Distribution of Spain (ALDEFE) on behalf of the companies in the sector, and, on the other hand, by the trade union organizations FITAG-UGT and FITEQA-CC.OO., representing of the employees and in accordance with the provisions of Article 90 (2) and (3) of the Law of the Workers ' Statute, Recast Text approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/1995, of March 24, and in Royal Decree 713/2010, of May 28, on the registration and deposit of collective agreements and agreements of work,

This Employment General Address resolves:

First.

Order the registration of the said salary revision in the corresponding Register of collective agreements and agreements working through electronic means of this Steering Center, with notification to the Negotiating Commission.

Arrange your publication in the "Official State Bulletin".

MINUTES OF THE JOINT COMMISSION OF THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT, STATE-WIDE, FOR INDUSTRIAL COLD COMPANIES

In Madrid, at 10:30 a.m. on February 17, 2015, the Joint Commission of the Collective Agreement, State-wide, is gathered for the Industrial River Industries, formed, on the one hand, by the trade union representatives of FITAG-UGT, CCOO, of Industry and of the IGC and, on the other hand, representatives of the Association of Refrigeration Farms, Logistics and Distribution of Spain (ALDEFE) and of APEF, which adopt, by majority within each representation, the next

AGREES

First.

Raise to definitive the provisional salary tables of 2014, published in the "Official Gazette of the State" number 69 of 21 March 2014, taking into consideration that the circumstances foreseen in the II AENC, 25 February 2012, to proceed to any correction. Final salary table is attached for 2014.

Second.

Expressly empower Don Conrado López Gómez to carry out the necessary formalities, including the telematic presentation to the Directorate General for Employment and Social Security, for registration, registration and publication of these agreements in the "Official State Gazette".
