By virtue of Article 3 of Order ARM/2017/2011 of 11 July 2011 establishing the control of landings of more than 10 tonnes of herring, mackerel and horse mackerel and their modifications, the power of the General Secretariat for Fisheries to designate the list of ports in which the landings subject to this order may be made.

The list of designated ports was published by the Resolution of 2 September 2011, of the General Secretariat of the Sea, for which the list of designated ports pursuant to Order ARM/2017/2011 of 11 July 2011 is published, establishing the control of landings of more than 10 tonnes of herring, mackerel and horse mackerel.

This list was updated by the Resolutions of 14 February 2013, 14 March 2013, 12 March 2014, 5 February 2015 and 24 February 2015, of the General Secretariat for Fisheries.

Received the request from the Ondarroa Fishermen's Cofradia for modification of the unloading schedules for more than 10 tons of mackerel, horse mackerel and herring, the General Secretariat of Fisheries has resolved the following:

1. Modify the landing schedule of the port of Ondarroa included in the list of authorized ports of Article 3 of Order ARM/2017/2011.

2. º Publish and update the relationship of authorized ports, landing schedules, and locations where such landings are authorized.
