Article 31.4 of Regulation (EU) No 1379/2013 of 11 December 2013 on the common organisation of the market in fishery and aquaculture products provides that the Member States shall ensure that they are in accordance with the common organisation of the market in fishery and aquaculture products. Member States shall, after examination of the proposals of the producer organisations recognised in their respective territories, determine the trigger prices to be applied by the producer organisations in the case of the use of the storage provided for in Article 30.

On the other hand, Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1419/2013 of 17 December 2013 sets out the format for the publication of the activation prices in Annex IV to Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1419/2013.

This General Secretariat for Fisheries, heard by the Autonomous Communities and the sector concerned, resolves:

First.

Publish as an Annex to this Resolution the activation prices applicable to each species by weight, as appropriate pursuant to the provisions of Annex II to Regulation (EC) 2406/96 of 26 November 1996, common marketing standards for certain fishery products are laid down.

Second.

The activation prices shall be applied by the organisations of fishing producers recognised in Spain during the year 2015, expressed in euro per kilogram (€/kg).

In the case of species not broken down by carvings, prices shall be understood for all trade sizes.

Third.

This Resolution will produce retroactive effect from 1 January 2015.
