The general framework for the incorporation of personnel in the service of the public sector during this exercise is defined in Article 21 of Law 36/2014 of 26 December of the General Budget of the State for 2015, which sets the replenishment rate for the State Security Forces and Corps up to a maximum of 50 percent.

The singularities of the Civil Guard Corps, derived from its extensive territorial deployment and the need to continue providing an adequate response to the challenges posed by public security, especially in the field of struggle against terrorism and organised crime, security of ports and airports, road safety and the protection of nature, it is necessary to approve a specific public employment offer for the Civil Guard, which balances the effort to optimize personnel, with the incorporation of new personnel, without prejudice to that the places corresponding to the access by direct income on the Superior Scale of Officers, are approved in conjunction with the annual provision of seats of the Armed Forces.

In the establishment of this offer of public employment, the provisions of Law 29/2014 of 28 November of the Staff Regulations of the Civil Guard are taken into account.

In its virtue, at the joint initiative of the Ministers of Defense and Interior, at the proposal of the Ministry of Finance and Public Administration, after deliberation by the Council of Ministers at its meeting on March 20, 2015,

DISPONGO:

Article 1. Approval of the offer of public employment.

In compliance with the provisions of Article 21 of Law 36/2014 of 26 December of the General Budget of the State for the year 2015, the public employment offer of the Civil Guard Corps for the year 2015 is approved. the terms that are set in this royal decree.

The calls for selective tests resulting from the present offer of public employment will have to be favourably informed by the Directorate-General for the Civil Service, which may be published only in the financial year. which are referred to and will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the General Rules of Entry into the training centres of the Civil Guard Corps, approved by Royal Decree 597/2002 of 28 June.

Article 2. Direct income in the Civil Guard Corps.

The call for 820 places for direct entry in the Cabos and Guards Scale of the Civil Guard Corps is authorized.

Article 3. Reserve seats on the Cabos and Guards Scale.

Of the total of 820 places called for direct income on the Cabos and Guards Scale, authorized in the previous article, 328 are reserved for the professional soldiers of troops and marineria that will carry at least five years of effective services as such, as provided for in Article 20.4 of Law 8/2006, of 24 April, of Troop and Marineria; and 164 places for pupils of the College of Young Guards.

The places reserved for professional soldiers of troops and marineria and the students of the College of Young Guards, mentioned in the previous paragraph, that are not covered for any reason, will accumulate to the quota of places free.

Article 4. Internal promotion in the Civil Guard Corps.

The call for admission to the training centers of the Civil Guard is authorized through the internal promotion of 80 places on the Official Scale and 250 places on the Subofficial Scale, according to the established in the transitional provision of the 10th of the said Law 29/2014 of 28 November of the Staff Regulations of the Civil Guard.

Single additional disposition. Dissemination of selective calls for evidence.

In order to extend the dissemination of the various selective calls for testing resulting from the present public employment offer, the Ministry of the Interior will include a section dedicated to selective processes on its website. in which each of the calls and the acts resulting from them shall be collected.

Single end disposition. Entry into force.

This royal decree will enter into force on the day following its publication in the "Official State Gazette".
