In compliance with the provisions contained in Royal Decree 951/2005 of 29 July 2005 establishing the general framework for quality improvement in the General Administration of the State, the Commissioner for the Market of Tabacos has proposed the approval of its Charter of Services.

Article 11.1 of that provision states that the Letters of Services and their subsequent updates shall be approved by a Resolution of the Deputy Secretary of the Department to which the organ belongs or is attached to the Proposing body.

Having regard to the favorable report issued by the State Agency for the Evaluation of Public Policies and the Quality of Services dated March 10, 2015, pursuant to the powers assigned to it by the current regulations in relation to Royal Decree 951/2005, of 29 July, establishing the general framework for quality improvement in the General Administration of the State, this Sub-Secretariat has resolved to approve the Charter of Services of the Commissioner for the Market for Tabacos for the period 2015 -2018, which will take effect from the day following the publication of this Resolution in the "Official State Gazette".

The said Charter of Services should be available in the electronic headquarters of this Ministry and also in the electronic sub-headquarters of the Commissioner for the Market of Tabacos, in accordance with the provisions of the Article 6.2 of Royal Decree 1671/2009 of 6 November 2009, for which the Law 11/2007, of 22 June, of electronic access of citizens to public services is partially developed. It will also be available on the Ministry's Internet Portal and at the General Access Point (PAG).
