According to the provisions of Article 35 of the Organic Law 6/2001, of 21 December, of Universities, and in Article 26.3 of Royal Decree 1393/2007, of 29 October, establishing the organization of the Official university teaching, once established the official character of the degree of Graduate/a in Administration and Management of Companies by the University of Malaga and carried out its registration in the Register of Universities, Centers and Titles by Council of Ministers Agreement of 1 October 2010 (published in the Official Gazette of the State) Number 273, of 11 November 2010), by resolution of this University dated 16 December 2010, the publication of the study plan leading to the obtaining of these teachings was ordered in the "Official Gazette of the State". and in the "Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía".

Having been dealt with, in accordance with the provisions of Article 28 of Royal Decree 1393/2007, amendments to the aforementioned plan of studies, and once obtained, on 10 June 2014, the mandatory and determining favourable report of The Andalusian Knowledge Agency, this Rectorate, in use of the competences it has attributed, and in accordance with the provisions of article 35.4 of the Law of the Organic Law 6/2001, of 21 December, of Universities, resolves to order the publication of the modification of the curriculum of the teachings leading to the obtaining of the title of Graduate in Administration and Business Management from the University of Malaga, which will be structured as set out in the Annex to this Resolution.

Language knowledge level requirement for title expedition:

Prior to the issue of the corresponding official graduate degree, students must accredit the knowledge of a second language, other than Spanish and other Spanish languages co-officers at level B1 corresponding to the "Common European Framework of Reference for Languages". This accreditation must be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Partnership Agreement signed between the universities of Andalusia for the accreditation of foreign languages, dated 2 July 2011, and its subsequent development.
