The fourth additional provision of Royal Decree 950/2005, of July 29, of remuneration of the State Security Forces and Corps, regulates the remuneration of personnel involved in or cooperating in police technical assistance, operations for the maintenance of peace and security, humanitarian operations or evacuation of persons abroad, including compensation for the special conditions under which they are engaged during their stay in foreign territory.

To its tenor, Order INT/1390/2007 was issued on 11 May, as amended by Order INT/537/2009 of 2 March 2012 and Order INT/995/2012 of 27 April 2012 determining the compensation to be paid by the personnel involved in or cooperating in police technical assistance, peacekeeping and security operations, humanitarian operations or evacuation of persons abroad.

The time since this order was issued and the new needs in the field of international police cooperation make it necessary to amend it and incorporate the remuneration of the personnel of the Forces and Corps of State security deployed in other mission areas.

This Order is issued in accordance with the aforementioned fourth additional provision of Royal Decree 950/2005, dated July 29, with the prior report of the Ministry of Finance and Public Administrations.

In its virtue, I have:

Single point. Amendment of Order INT/1390/2007 of 11 May determining the compensation to be paid by the staff involved in or cooperating in police technical assistance, peacekeeping and security operations, humanitarian operations or evacuation of people abroad.

One. The second final provision of Order INT/1390/2007 of 11 May is amended as follows:

" The indemnities collected in this order shall apply from the date indicated for each mission:

Congo: January 25, 2007.

Sierra Leone: January 31, 2007.

Mauritania: May 1, 2006.

Senegal: August 1, 2006.

Cape Verde: June 1, 2007.

Gambia: January 1, 2008.

Guatemala: March 25, 2008.

Lebanon: September 2, 2008.

Georgia: September 25, 2008.

Ivory Coast: September 14, 2008.

Guinea Bissau: November 2, 2008.

Mali: October 15, 2011.

Niger: May 4, 2012.

Libya: January 15, 2012.

Iraq: March 7, 2012.

Djibouti: June 1, 2014.

Kenya: June 1, 2014.

Somalia: June 1, 2014.

Seychelles: June 1, 2014.

Tanzania: June 1, 2014.

Liberia: July 6, 2014.

Ukraine: December 22, 2014. "

Two. Annex I to Order INT/1390/2007 of 11 May is amended by incorporating the following missions and operations:
