The final provision of Order INT/2202/2014 of 24 November 2014, for the development of the regime applicable to reproductions or replicas of old firearms, authorizes the Director General of the Civil Guard to dictate how many provisions require the development and application of the same.

Article 12 of the Ministerial Order provides that natural or legal persons who are the holders of reproductions or replicas of old firearms are obliged to keep them safe and to take the measures required to be determined by resolution of the Director General of the Civil Guard, in order to prevent their loss, theft or theft.

In its virtue, I have the following:

First. Custody of the weapons.

Replicas or reproductions of old firearms which are guided under the special authorization for use, in accordance with the provisions of Article 107 of Royal Decree 137/1993 of 29 January 1993, approves the Arms Regulation and Article 7 of Order INT/2202/2014 of 24 November 2014 on the development of the arrangements applicable to reproductions or replicas of old firearms, shall be kept in the homes of their holders or in premises of undertakings or entities specialised in the custody of arms, in accordance with the provisions of the Articles 83 and 144 of the Arms Regulations.

In particular homes, replicas or reproductions of old firearms that respond to the long-weapon definition of Article 2 of the Arms Regulations, shall be kept complete, or their closures or parts fundamental, in safes, closets or armers, with at least one degree of class I safety set out in the UNE EN 1143-1 standard.

Replicas or reproductions of old firearms that respond to the definition of a short firearm in Article 2 of the Arms Regulations shall be kept in full in safes, closets or armers, with at least one degree Class III security, UNE standard EN 1143-1.

Second. Safety measures for weapons on display.

1. The replicas or reproductions of old firearms entered in the Register-Register provided for in Article 107 of the Arms Regulation, which are located inside the homes, shall have one of the following security measures: to prevent theft or subtraction:

a) An anchor system suitable for the exposure medium.

b) A glass-fitted display case with a P1A resistance category of the UNE 356 standard.

2. Without prejudice to the requirements of the above paragraph, if the number of replicas or reproductions of old firearms entered in the Register-Book exceeds the five units, the door of the stay or room where they are exposed shall be provided lock with key, and windows or holes shall be protected with metal blinds or with grills.

Third. Inspection.

The Civil Guard's Arms and Explosives Intervention may request the holders of old firearms replicas or reproductions of the same, as provided for in Article 144 of the Rules of Procedure. Weapons.

Single end disposition. Entry into force.

This resolution shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the "Official State Gazette".
