Key Benefits:
The Higher State Contract Price Committee has prepared the price indices of labor, energy and materials for the year 2013, applicable to the revision of the price of contracts concluded by the Public administrations, which were proposed to the Government's Delegate Committee for approval.
Approved the above mentioned indices by the Government's Delegation for Economic Affairs, at its meeting of 5 March 2015, as provided for in Article 91.4 of the recast of the Law on Sector Contracts Public approved by Royal Legislative Decree 3/2011 of 14 November, this Ministry has had the right to publish the approved indices and the rule for determining the rate of energy prices as set out in Annexes I, II, III and IV of this Order.

ANNEX IV
Energy Price Index
Pursuant to the second paragraph of the single transitional provision of the HAP/1292/2013 Order of 28 June 2013 laying down the rules for determining the indices involved in the price review formulas public contracts, for contracts and months whose price revision is regulated by formulas approved by provisions prior to the entry into force of Royal Decree 1359/2011, the price index for the energy used in the Formulas in force until the entry into force of Royal Decree 1359/2011 will be determined by the mean weighted index of energy and explosive material prices determined in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, with the first weighting being assigned to the weight of 90 per 100 and the second weighting of 10 per 100.
