Having regard to the text of the final salary table for the year 2014 of the general collective agreement of the cement derivatives sector (convention code number 99010355011996) which was signed on 12 March 2015, from one party to the business associations ANDECE, ANEFHOP and FEDCAM, representing the companies in the sector, and, on the other, by the trade union organizations MCA-UGT and the Federation of Construction and Services of CC.OO., representing the workers, and in accordance with Article 90 (2) and (3) of the Law on the Workers ' Statute, Recast Text approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/1995 of 24 March, and Royal Decree 713/2010 of 28 May on the registration and deposit of collective agreements and agreements of work,

This Employment General Address resolves:

First.

Order the registration of the said salary revision in the corresponding Register of collective agreements and agreements working through electronic means of this Steering Center, with notification to the Negotiating Commission.

Second.

Arrange your publication in the "Official State Bulletin".

MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE JOINT COMMITTEE FOR THE INTERPRETATION OF THE VI GENERAL COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT OF THE CEMENT DERIVATIVES SECTOR

In Madrid, on 12 March 2015, the following members of the Joint Commission for the Interpretation of the Sixth General Convention of the Sixth Convention of the European Communities met at the premises of the Sima Foundation, in St. Bernard Street, 20-5. Cement derivatives.

To proceed to the 2014 salary update, as set out in Article 15.1 e), of the VI General Derivative Convention on the basis of the criteria set out in the final provision first,

AGREE

First.

Set the tables for 2014 of sectoral minimum remuneration in Annex I of the Sixth General Convention by application of the agreed increase of 0.40% on the 2013 tables, once known the increase in the GDP corresponding to the year 2014 that reached 1.40%, which are attached to the present as Annex I-A)

Second.

Set the criteria to be followed in the provincial or, where appropriate, autonomic conventions, to establish the final salary tables corresponding to the year 2014 that are attached to the present as Annex I-B) according to the provided in the aforementioned first provision.

Third.

Send this record with its annex to the Directorate-General for Employment, the Ministry of Employment and Social Security, for its deposit, registration and publication order in the "Official State Gazette" (BOE) and for that purpose, the Ana Simancas Benito for presentation.

And there are no other issues to be dealt with, the meeting, after reading and signing of these minutes, is declared to be concluded by a member of each Organization, being 13.40 hours of the day at the beginning.

(*) Gross remuneration calculation formula for 2014:

Group 8 = Group 8 gross annual remuneration for 2013 + 0.40%.

B) Criteria for the implementation of the wage increases for 2014 in the provincial or, where appropriate, autonomic conventions.

Once the increase in GDP of 2014 is known at 1.40%, it is appropriate to increase the salary tables of 2013 by 0.40%, with economic effects of one of January of two thousand fourteen.
