In compliance with the provisions contained in Royal Decree 951/2005 of 29 July, establishing the general framework for improving quality in the General Administration of the State, the State Mobile Park has proposed the update of the Car Workshop Services Charter.

Article 11.1 of that provision states that the Letters of Services and their subsequent updates shall be approved by a Resolution of the Deputy Secretary of the Department to which the organ belongs or is attached to the Proposing body.

Having regard to the favorable report issued by the State Agency for the Evaluation of Public Policies and the Quality of Services dated March 31, 2015, pursuant to the powers assigned to it by the current regulations in relation to Royal Decree 951/2005 of 29 July, establishing the general framework for quality improvement in the General Administration of the State, this Sub-Secretariat has resolved to approve the updating of the Charter of the Motor Park of the State Mobile Park for the period 2015 -2018, which will be effective from the day following the publication of this Resolution in the "Official State Gazette".

The aforementioned Charter of Services must be available at the electronic headquarters of this Ministry, in accordance with the provisions of Article 6.2 (b) of Royal Decree 1671/2009 of 6 November 2009. In part, Law 11/2007, of 22 June, of electronic access of citizens to public services. It will also be available on the Ministry's Internet Portal and at the General Access Point (PAG).
