The Autonomous Spanish Service for the Internationalization of Education (SEPIE), under the provisions of Law 15/2014 of 16 September, of rationalization of the Public Sector and other measures of reform In addition to its statutory aims, it will contribute to the greater internationalisation of the Spanish university system, to enhance its projection in all international areas, to promote education and training abroad. In the case of the Spanish universities and research centres, it will contribute to the improvement of the reception of foreign students, teachers and researchers in Spain and Spanish abroad, as well as promoting the European Higher Education Area and the Ibero-American Knowledge Space and generating actions and procedures that make it possible to efficient recruitment of foreign students, researchers and teachers for Spanish universities; these aims have been the object of the activity, until its extinction on 31 December 2014 according to the transitional provision 7. 36/2014, of December 26, of the General Budget of the State for the year 2015, of the Foundation of the state public sector Foundation for International Projection of Spanish Universities (Universidad.es).

To meet these goals, the aforementioned foundation, through collaboration agreements with governments and foreign institutions, managed various mobility programs for students, researchers and teachers. foreign, acting as a single interlocutor to those governments and foreign institutions, to the Spanish universities and to the beneficiaries of the programmes.

The SEPIE, to maintain the dynamism that is required to increase the internationalization of the university, and in particular, the incorporation of university students financed from abroad, assumes the services and activities that are derived from the development and implementation of the international commitments acquired, guaranteeing the current and future full validity of the objectives, projects and programs that the Fundación Universidad.es has been developing.

These services and activities are developed according to the agreement of the respective collaboration agreements, taking into account the needs expressed by each government or foreign institution.

Therefore, it is considered necessary to fix the public prices of these services through this resolution, as determined by the current regulations.

Thus, Article 26 of Law 8/1989, of 13 April, of taxes and public prices, in the wording given by Law 25/1998, of July 13, of modification of the legal regime of the state and local rates and of reordering of the (b) the establishment or modification of the amount of public prices shall be made directly by the public bodies, subject to the authorization of the Department of the Ministry of Public Health, of which they are dependent on ".

Therefore, subject to the authorization of the Minister of Education, Culture and Sport, in accordance with the provisions of Article 26.1b) of Law 8/1989 of 13 April, of public interest rates and prices, I hereby resolve:

First.

Approve public prices for the provision of management services for the Mobility Programs set out in the Annex to this resolution.

Second.

The payment of the public prices will be made by each government or foreign institution in accordance with the agreement of the respective collaboration agreement, and partial and/or advance payments may be made prior to the end of the contract. of the service, within a period not exceeding 30 days.

The payment will be made through an income in the Bank of Spain account code IBAN ES24 9000 0001 20 0203413517 in the name of the Autonomous Agency Spanish Service for the Internationalization of Education (SEPIE).

Third. Effectiveness.

This Resolution will take effect from the day following its publication in the Official State Gazette.

Mobility Programs

The international mobility programs in which SEPIE collaborates are as follows:

1. Management of Brazilian student mobility towards Spain in the Science without Borders Program, which was awarded by the Brazilian National Council for Scientific and Technological Development.

2. Management of practices of Brazilian students of the Science without Borders Program calls.

3. Management of mobility for Brazilian students who will be making stays in Spain awarded by the Brazilian Ministry of Tourism Program.

4. Management of the master's programs and courses of continuing training of Spanish universities for teachers of the Ecuadorian public teachers funded by the Ministry of Education of Ecuador.
