The Council of Ministers, at its meeting on 20 February 2015, on a proposal from the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Environment, raised at the initiative of the Central Committee for the exploitation of the Tajo-Segura Aqueduct, and The provisions of Law 52/1980, of 16 October, regulating the economic system of the exploitation of this aqueduct, have agreed to proceed to the rectification of the material errors that have arisen in the approval of the rates of the use of the Aqueduct Tajo-Segura by the Council of Ministers Agreement of 7 November 2014, published in the BOE of 28 November 2014.

Give publicity in the "Official State Gazette" to the Agreement of the Council of Ministers of 20 February 2015 on the rectification of material errors arising in the approval of the use of the Tajo-Segura aqueduct, the text of which is reproduced in full below:

" According to the provisions of Articles 1 and 14 of Law 52/1980 of 16 October 1980 on the regulation of the economic system for the exploitation of the Tajo-Segura aqueduct, by the Council of Ministers Agreement of 7 November The new rates for the use of the Tajo-Segura aqueduct were approved in 2014, and material errors were subsequently detected in two partial subcommands, all the final amounts of the approved tariffs being correct.

Consequently, the following two material errors should be rectified:

1. In point 3. º of the said Agreement of 7 November 2014, for the waters of the Júcar basin that exclusively use the infrastructure of the aqueduct, adding "a) Cost of the works" for the Riegos in the area of Los Llanos, where says: "0.003137", you must say: "0.003337".

2. In point 5. º of the same agreement, for the waters of the Segura basin using the infrastructure of the Tajo-Segura aqueduct in the post-transfer, adding "b) Fixed operating expenses" for waterings, where it says: "0.000000", must say: "0.004481".

With this rectification of material errors, the rates of driving the waters of the Tajo-Segura aqueduct are those contained in the agreement and in this correction, being applicable from the day after the the publication of the same in the "Official State Gazette". "

" Law 52/1980, of 16 October, of regulation of the economic system of the exploitation of the Tajo-Segura aqueduct, has in its article first the establishment of the rate of the driving of the waters that, for surplus, are transferred from the Tagus river basin to the Segura River basin.

By virtue of the powers conferred in the second article of Royal Decree 1982/1978 of 26 July 1978 on the organisation of the services responsible for managing the operation of the hydraulic infrastructure Tajo-Segura ", the Central Commission for the exploitation of the Tajo-Segura Aqueduct, at the meeting held on October 10, 2014, studied the draft of the submitted rates, explaining its content, debating and agreeing to finally give the for its elevation to the Council of Ministers for regulatory approval.

On 22 October 2014, the relevant proposal for its approval was raised, being approved by the Agreement of the Council of Ministers on 7 November 2014. Subsequently, in the BOE of November 28, 2014, it was published by the Resolution of the Director General of Water, dated November 11, 2014.

Following this publication, two material errors were warned in two partial figures, value of controls, which do not affect the total amounts of the approved tariffs.

However, the Central Commission for the exploitation of the Tajo-Segura Aqueduct, at its meeting of 27 January 2015, acknowledges the existence of both material errors and therefore urges its sub-healing, which is formalized through this agreement. "
