Regulation (EU) No 223/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 March 2014 on the European Aid Fund for the most deprived persons establishes the European Aid Fund for the most disadvantaged persons in the European Union. the period from 2014-2020, determines the objectives of that Fund, the scope of the aid, the available financial resources and their allocation to each Member State and lays down the rules necessary to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the Fund.

Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 532/2014 complements Regulation (EU) No 223/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the European Aid Fund for the most deprived persons.

In the Operational Programme presented by Spain to the Commission, under the provisions of Regulation (EU) No 223/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 March 2014, it is indicated that it has been designated as an Agency. Intermediary of the Operational Programme of the European Aid Fund for the most deprived persons to the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and the Environment, through the Spanish Agricultural Guarantee Fund and the description of the main characteristics of the basic material aid to be provided.

Consequently, it is necessary to amend the Statute of the Spanish Agricultural Guarantee Fund, approved by Royal Decree 1441/2001 of 21 December 2001, in order to include the functions derived from its status as a body Management of the European Aid Fund for the most deprived persons, Article 3 of the Staff Regulations.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 63.2 of Law 6/1997, of 14 April, of the Organization and the Functioning of the General Administration of the State, the Statute of the autonomous body is amended. Agricultural.

In its virtue, at the initiative of the Minister of Agriculture, Food and the Environment and on the proposal of the Minister of Finance and Public Administration, according to the Council of State and after deliberation of the Council of Ministers, at their meeting on 10 April 2015,

DISPONGO:

Single item. Amendment to the Statute of the Spanish Agricultural Guarantee Fund, approved by Royal Decree 1441/2001 of 21 December.

The Statute of the Spanish Agricultural Guarantee Fund, approved by Royal Decree 1441/2001 of 21 December 2001, is amended as follows:

One. A paragraph 14 is added to Article 3, with the following content:

" 14. Those arising from their status as an intermediary body for the management of the European Aid Fund for the most deprived persons, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) No 223/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 March 2014 2014. "

Two. Article 4 (3) (d) (d) is amended

follows:

"4. The implementation of the aid programme for the most deprived persons, which, as the intermediary body for the management of the European Aid Fund for the most deprived persons, corresponds to the FEGA."

Single additional disposition. No increase in expenditure.

The measures included in this royal decree will not entail an increase in appropriations, remuneration, or other personnel costs.

Single end disposition. Entry into force.

This royal decree will enter into force on the day following its publication in the "Official State Gazette".
