By virtue of the provisions of Article 4 of Law 13/1998, of Market Management of Tobacco, the sale prices to the public of certain tobacco products are published in Expendedurias de Tabaco and Timbre de la Peninsular e Illes Balears, which have been proposed by the relevant manufacturers and importers.
