Having regard to the text of the final salary tables for the year 2014 and the provisional ones for the year 2015 of the state collective agreement of dairy industries and their derivatives (Convention code No. 99003175011981), which was signed on 30 March 2015, by the State Federation of Dairy Industries, on behalf of the companies in the sector, and by the trade union organisations CC.OO. and UGT, on behalf of the workers, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 90 (2) and (3) of the Law on the Status of Workers, Recast Text, adopted by Royal Decree-Law 1/1995 of 24 March, and Royal Decree 713/2010, of May 28, on the registration and deposit of collective agreements and agreements of work,

This Employment General Address resolves:

First.

Order the registration of the said salary revision in the corresponding Register of collective agreements and agreements working through electronic means of this Steering Center, with notification to the Negotiating Commission.

MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE JOINT COMMISSION OF THE STATE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT OF INDUSTRIAL DAIRY AND ITS DERIVATIVES, HELD ON 30 MARCH 2015

In the city of Madrid, on March 30, 2015, being 11:00 hours, the Joint Commission of the Collective Agreement is convened at the social headquarters of the State Federation of Industrial Lacteas, in the street Ayala, number 10, the Trade unions and employers ' organizations, represented by all of them, represented by the people who are also mentioned in this margin, and to discuss the next item on the agenda:

Approval of Final Wage Tables for 2014, and 2015 for 2015.

Once the actual CPI is known for the year 2014 (a coefficient of -1% is fixed); and in compliance with what is established in the additional provision of the Collective Agreement of Lacteas Industries and its Derivatives (for the years 2013 to 2016), the present meeting has been convened to establish, concretize and approve the final salary tables for the year 2014, which represent the application of a 2% increase to the final tables of 2013 for the categories that do not reach the remuneration of 1,000 gross euro per month; as well as the consolidation of wages in their day published as provisional for 2014, for categories exceeding the remuneration of EUR 1,000 per month. As a result, the final salary tables finally agreed for 2014 will be those taken into account for the calculation of the provisional tables for 2015.

By the assistants, the final salary tables for the year 2014 are approved and signed in accordance with these minutes, and they will be added to Annex III of the current Collective Agreement of Lacteas Industries and its Derivatives.

In addition and in relation to the provisional tables for the year 2015, pursuant to the provisions of the first provision of the Collective Reference Convention, for categories not exceeding the remuneration of the EUR 1,000 is fixed, concrete and approves the provisional salary table for 2015 with a 1% increase.

In relation to the categories exceeding the remuneration of 1,000 euros, and since the date of the meeting has not yet been signed the new interconfederal agreements for the employment and the collective bargaining, or others that the replace, which would be applicable in the financial year 2015, the parties agree to the application of the guaranteed annual increase of 0,6%; therefore, it is fixed, concrete and approves the provisional salary table for 2015 with a rise of 0,6% for these categories. In any event, and if, after the signature of this Act, an interconffederal agreement for employment and collective bargaining is signed, or other than those replacing them that are applicable for the financial year 2015, the provisions of this agreement shall be as follows; and the implementation of the final salary tables for 2015 shall be applied at the time, provided that the increases agreed in the final salary tables are higher than the wage guarantee provided for in the first provision of the Collective Agreement of Lacteas Industries and its derivatives for the years 2013 to 2016, and implemented by this Agreement, which shall operate as a minimum guaranteed rise.

By virtue of the above, and if within seven days neither party will report error in the calculation of the new salary tables or any other anomalies, the tables will be considered approved and signed in accordance with the Provisional salary for 2015, which is attached to these minutes, and which will be incorporated as Annex III of the current Collective Agreement of Lacteas Industries and its Derivatives.

Finally, the parties entrust to the business representation the completion of the necessary formalities for the processing, registration, deposit and publication of the aforementioned salary tables in the "Official State Gazette", Authorizing Don Pedro Valentin-Gamazo and de Cárdenas to sign on behalf of the commission how many documents are necessary to do so.
