Obtained the verification of the curriculum by the universities Council, prior favourable report from the National Agency for quality assessment and accreditation, as well as the authorization of the autonomous community of La Rioja, was established the official nature of the title by agreement of the Council of Ministers of 1 October 2010 (published in the «Official Gazette» of 11 November).

With date 3 of December of 2014, the Agency national of evaluation of the quality and accreditation reported favorably the modification of the plan of studies of graduated or graduated in chemistry.

As a result, the Rector's Office, in accordance with the provisions of article 35 of the organic law 6/2001, of universities, in the wording given by the organic law 4/2007, resolves: publish the modified curriculum conducive to obtaining the official diploma of graduate or graduate in chemistry by the University of La Rioja, which will be structured as shown in the annex to this resolution.

This modification of the curriculum will take effect from the year 2014 / 2015.
