Having regard to the text of the wage revision of the national collective agreement for garden centres (Convention code No 99016115012007), which was signed by the Joint Committee of the Convention on 5 February 2015 of which the Spanish Association of Gardening Centres are part of the companies of the sector, and by the trade union organizations CC.OO. and UGT on behalf of the workers, and in accordance with the provisions of the article 90, paragraphs 2 and 3 of the Staff Regulations Act, recast text approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/1995 of 24 March, and Royal Decree 713/2010 of 28 May 2010 on the registration and deposit of collective agreements and agreements

This Employment General Address resolves:

First.

Order the registration of the said salary revision in the corresponding Register of collective agreements and agreements working through electronic means of this Management Center, with notification to the Negotiating Commission.

Second.

Arrange your publication in the "Official State Bulletin".

JOINT COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES

In Madrid, on 5 February 2015, the members of the Joint Committee of the Joint Committee are brought together to establish the wage revision, as set out in Article 16.5 of the National Convention of Gardening.

The Joint Commission, in accordance with Article 16 (5) of the said Convention, and after finding that the CPI of 2014 has resulted from the CPI-1%, concludes that the wage revision on wages has not taken place of 2014.

In order to establish the salaries of 2015 will be based on the salaries of the year 2014, increasing as it establishes the collective agreement in its article 16.5 in the 1% for the concepts of base salary and displacement.

Ms Lola Diez is empowered to carry out the necessary formalities for registration and publication in the Directorate-General for Labour.
