Royal Decree 1027/1993, of 25 June, which regulates the educational action abroad, in its article 18.3, establishes that the students, both Spanish and foreign, of the Spanish educational centers abroad, pay for supplementary services, teaching and activities, quotas to be determined by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport and in Article 19, which may be established or approved by this department. aid for the payment of the financial contributions referred to in the previous Article.

To this end, this order provides for the payment of the fees for the provision of services, teaching and complementary activities in the Spanish centres in France, Italy, Morocco, Portugal, United Kingdom and Colombia, for the course 2015 -2016.

In its virtue, I have:

First. Fees for services, teaching and complementary activities in Spanish schools abroad for the course 2015 -2016.

The fees for services, teachings and activities of a complementary nature in the Spanish teaching centers abroad for the course 2015 -2016, to be paid by the Spanish and foreign students enrolled in the same and the form of payment are those set out in the Annex of this order.

Second. Fees for school transport and dining services.

The fees for transport and school dining services in Spanish schools abroad for the course 2015 -2016, to be paid by Spanish and foreign students enrolled in the same and the form of payment shall be determined by the respective Board of Education and in the countries where it does not exist, by the Director of the Centre, in accordance with the actual cost of the service and the number of users.

Single end disposition. Effectiveness.

This order will have effects from the day following your publication in the "Official State Bulletin".

The quotas are annual in character and will be made effective in single payment at the time of formalizing the tuition or fractionated in 2 payments, the second in February, by means of nominative check or transfer issued in favor of the Liceo Spanish "Luis Buñuel" and only punctually in cash.

All students fee: 350.00 euros/course.

The quotas are of an annual nature and will be made effective in single payment at the moment of formalizing the tuition or split in 2 payments, the second in February, by means of the nomination issued in favor of the Spanish College " Federico Garcia Lorca. "

Fee 1. Children's Education: 437.00 euros/course.

Fee (Child, Primary and Secondary Education): EUR 367.00/course.

The single payment for the whole will be made by bank transfer in May 2015 in favor of the Spanish Liceo "Cervantes".

United Kingdom

The annual and mandatory payment will be made by cheque or by transfer within a single deadline when the registration is formalized (July 2015 in primary and secondary and February 2015 in children).

Colombia

Centro: Centro Cultural y Educativo "Reyes Catholics" in Bogotá

Quotas:

Child Education, 3 years: 6,500,000 pesos/course.

Child Education, 4 years: 5,384,454 pesos/course.

Child Education, 5 years: 4.551,472 pesos/course.

Primary Education 1. º: 5,062,415 pesos/course.

Primary Education 2. º to 6. º: 5,053,716 pesos/course.

Baccalaureate: 1,333,718 pesos/course.

The total amount per course will be divided into eleven shares of the same amount. Payments will be made by cash, cheque or bank debit. The monthly instalments shall be paid in the first 10 days of each month. The registration fee will be paid at one time at the time of registration.

It will be applicable to all Centers:

1. The payment of the fees may be modified when the circumstances so require, after approval by the Education Counsellor of the requested personalized payment plan.

In the case of continued non-payment during a course of the prices for the provision of services and complementary activities, the Education Adviser may decide not to participate in the activities that are financed by such prices.

2. Reductions in the following quotas or exemptions shall apply:

(a) Those laid down in the Regulation of Law 29/2011 of 22 September of Recognition and Comprehensive Protection of Victims of Terrorism, in Article 39 thereof, and in Law 40/2003 of 18 November of Protection of the Family members, where the provisions of Article 3 (2) are complied with and are in possession of the recognition document issued by the competent authority provided for in Article 5. The exemptions and bonuses shall be those laid down in Article 12 (100% exemption for members of the large families classified in the special category and a 50% bonus for those of a general category).

(b) Families with three children enrolled in the same Centre shall benefit from a reduction of 50% for each of the registered children. Families with more than three children enrolled in the same facility will enjoy the 100 percent exemption.

(c) Reductions in or exemption from quotas for certain students may only bring about the existence of oversold economic needs following the formalisation of registration, with a limit of 2% of the Total number of students enrolled, corresponding to their grant to the respective Education Department in the case of a single teaching center attached to it. In the case of more than one teaching centre attached to the Department, the concession shall be the responsibility of the Director of the Centre, subject to approval by the respective Education Department.

The concession may only be valid during the course in which it is given the circumstance that motivates it and, depending on its gravity, may consist of an exemption or a reduction of the part of the remaining quota, without no case shall be returned for the quantities already entered.

A single student may not be subject to a reduction or waiver of fees for two consecutive courses for the existence of oversold economic needs.
