In compliance with the provisions contained in Royal Decree 951/2005 of 29 July establishing the general framework for the improvement of quality in the General Administration of the State, the Subdirectorate General Information, Documentation and Publications of the Technical General Secretariat has proposed the updating of the Information Service Charter.

Article 11.1 of that provision states that the Letters of Services and their subsequent updates shall be approved by a Resolution of the Deputy Secretary of the Department to which the organ belongs or is attached to the Proposing body.

Having regard to the favorable report issued by the State Agency for the Evaluation of Public Policies and the Quality of Services dated May 8, 2015, pursuant to the powers assigned to it by the regulations in force in the Relationship with Royal Decree 951/2005 of 29 July 2005 establishing the general framework for quality improvement in the General Administration of the State,

This Sub-Secretariat has resolved to approve the update of the Charter of Services of the Information Service of the General Secretariat for Information, Documentation and Publications of the Technical General Secretariat of the Ministry of Hacienda y Administraciones Públicas for the period 2015 -2018, which will take effect from the day following the publication of this Resolution in the "Official State Gazette".

The aforementioned Charter of Services must be available at the electronic headquarters of this Ministry, in accordance with the provisions of Article 6.2 (b) of Royal Decree 1671/2009 of 6 November 2009. In part, Law 11/2007, of 22 June, of electronic access of citizens to public services. It will also be available on the Ministry's Internet Portal and at the General Access Point (PAG).
