In compliance with the provisions contained in Royal Decree 951/2005 of 29 July 2005 establishing the general framework for quality improvement in the General Administration of the State, the Government Delegation in The Autonomous Community of the Principality of Asturias has proposed the updating of its Charter of Services. Article 11.1 of that provision states that the Letters of Services and their subsequent updates shall be approved by Resolution of the Deputy Secretary of the Department to which the organ belongs or is attached to the proposing body.

Having regard to the favorable report issued by the State Agency for the Evaluation of Public Policies and the Quality of Services dated February 26, 2015, under the powers assigned to it by the regulations In the case of Royal Decree 951/2005 of 29 July 2005 establishing the general framework for quality improvement in the General Administration of the State, this Sub-Secretariat has resolved the following:

Approve the update of the Charter of Services of the Government Delegation in the Autonomous Community of the Principality of Asturias, which will take effect from the day following the publication of this Resolution in the " Bulletin State Officer. "

The said Charter of Services must be available in the said Delegation and in the electronic headquarters of the Department, in accordance with the provisions of Article 6.2 (b) of Royal Decree 1671/2009, of 6 of November, for which the Law 11/2007, of 22 June, of electronic access of citizens to public services is partially developed. It will also be available on the Ministry's website and at the following Internet address: http://www.060.es/.
