Law 24/1992, of 10 November, approving the Agreement on Cooperation of the State with the Federation of Evangelical Religious Entities of Spain in Article 10, provides that in order to give effectiveness to the provisions of the Article 27 (3) of the Constitution, as well as in Article 4 of Organic Law 8/1985 of 3 July, Regulatory of the Right to Education, which is guaranteed to students, their parents, mothers or guardians who request it, the exercise of the right to receive evangelical religious teaching in the public and private teachers ' centers, always the exercise of the right does not conflict with the nature of the institution in question as regards the latter.

Evangelical religious teaching will be taught by faculty appointed by the Churches belonging to the Federation of Evangelical Religious Entities of Spain, with the conformity of this.

The contents of the evangelical religious teaching as well as the textbooks related to it, will be pointed out by the respective Churches with the conformity of the Federation of Evangelical Religious Entities of Spain.

Also, the additional provision second. Objectives

Assessment Criteria

The criteria for evaluation in Child Education are intended to be, for teachers of religion, indicators in the continuous evaluation and at the same time allow them to reorient their own learning. Knowing your students and students and helping them in their growth is the main goal of education.
