Pursuant to the first final provision of the order APA/874/2003 of 10 April 2003, that it empower the Secretariat-General of fisheries to modify the list of ports where you can make landings exceeding 100 kg of any mix of deep species from sub-areas I to XIV of the International Council for the exploration of the Sea (ICES) and Community waters within the zones It CECAF 34.1.1, 34.1.2, 34.1.3 and 34.2.

This General Fisheries Secretariat, at the request of the industry and once verified compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EC) No. 2347 / 2002, has decided as follows: 1. include the port of Llanes (Asturias), in the list of authorized ports of the sole article of the order APA/874/2003 of 10 April 2003.

2. publish the list of authorized ports where it is authorized to disembark quantities greater than 100 kg of any mix of deep species, amending the single article of the order APA/874/2003 of 10 April 2003.

The single article is as follows: «landings of more than 100 kg of any mix of deep species than those listed in annex I, captured in sub-areas, from the 1st to the 14th both inclusive of ICES and CECAF 34.1.1 areas within Community waters, 34.1.2, 34.1.3 and 34.2, may be made only on the fishing docks of the following Spanish ports» : A Coruña, Avilés, Ayamonte, Bermeo, Burela, Camariñas, Cangas del Morrazo, affection, Castro Urdiales, Cedeira, Cillero, Cudillero, Donostia-San Sebastián, Finisterre, Getaria, Gijón, Hondarribia, Isla Cristina, Laredo, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, ballasts, Laxe, Lepe, Llanes, Luarca, Marin, Moana, walls, Muxía, Ondarroa, Pasajes de San Pedro, Puerto de Santa María, Puerto de Vega, Punta Umbria, Ribadesella, Sanlúcar de Barrameda, San Vicente de la Barquera «, Santa Eugenia de Ribeira, Santoña, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Santander, Vigo.»
