Having regard to the text of the minutes of the date 3 December 2012 on clarification of provisions of Article 138b) of the V general collective agreement for the building industry around the formation of the first cycle and second cycle (code Convention: 99005585011900), (published in the «official Gazette» of March 15, 2012). Act that was subscribed by the Commission joint of the Convention of which form part the Organization Business Confederation national of the construction (CNC), in representation of the companies of the sector, and them unions FECOMA-CC. OO. and MCA-UGT on behalf of workers, and in accordance with the provisions of article 91.4 in relation to article 90, paragraphs 2 and 3, of the law of the Statute of workers, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/1995 of 24 March, and in Royal Decree 713/2010, 28 of may, revised text on registration and deposit agreements and collective labour agreements , This Directorate-General of employment meets: first.

Order the registration of the above-mentioned Act in the corresponding register of conventions and collective work agreements with operation through electronic means from this Management Centre, with notification to the Joint Commission.

Second.

Have its publication in the official bulletin of the State.
