In Madrid, at three in December of two thousand twelve, at the headquarters of the National Confederation of Construction (CNC), the lords that relate to the former are gathered.

It begins with the study of the different points of the Order of the day:

Single point. Clarification of the Joint Committee of the Convention on the provisions of Article 138b of the Fifth General Convention of the Construction Sector on the formation of the first cycle and the second cycle.

the light of some of the doubts raised about the co-existence of the initial 8-hour training and the training of job or trade, as well as the specific content of the latter, the Joint Committee of the Convention considers Make some clarification on this.

The Fifth General Building Sector Convention included an article 138.b) of the following literal tenor:

"(b) The second cycle must be transmitted in addition to the initial training, knowledge and specific rules in relation to the job or trade."

With this wording, the parties to the Fifth General Convention of the Construction Sector have clarified that the training of 20-hour work or office also includes the training of the Permanent Classroom or 8 hours.

However, and in any case, initial training remains effective and valid for TPC procurement.

addition, the Commission does not consider it necessary to reconfigure the training content but to keep in mind-with the contents already reflected in the V CGSC-that the 8-hour training is in the already determined structure of the 20 hours.

And there are no other issues to be dealt with, subject to the drafting and approval of these minutes, by unanimity, signed by one person for each of the respective organizations, at the place and date at the beginning.
