The purpose of this Order is to comply with the mandate of the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data and its Implementing Regulation, approved by Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 January 1999. December, as regards the creation and modification of personal data files by the Directorate General of the National Geographic Institute (IGN).

Article 20 of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data, states that the creation, modification or deletion of the files of the Public Administrations may be made only by means of general provision published in the Official Journal of the State or the official journal concerned.

The Order of 4 October 1999 updated the relationship of automated files of personal data of the Ministry of Public Works, relationship which had been initially approved by the Order of 27 July 1994, extended with After the 9 January 1996, the then Ministry of Public Works, Transport and the Environment.

After the Order of October 4, 1999, the Order FOMO/1172/2010 was approved, of 21 April, for which different modifications are introduced in the relation of files of the National Geographic Institute (IGN) and the Order FOM/30 6/2014, of 20 February, for which the relationship of automated files of personal data of the Ministry of Public Works was updated.

In order to adapt the relationship of personal data files of the National Geographic Institute (IGN) to the current needs of the body, it is necessary to create a new file.

The Order, in accordance with Article 37.1h) of Organic Law 15/1999, during its processing has been submitted to the mandatory report of the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

In its virtue, on the proposal of the Directorate General of the National Geographic Institute, with the agreement of the Undersecretary, completed the formalities required by the current legislation, I have:

Single item. Creating a file.

In the annex of this Order the new creation file is related, which corresponds to the General Directorate of the National Geographic Institute, it is necessary to incorporate the set of automated files of personal data of the Ministry of Public Works.

With regard to the file, the aforementioned annex states its identification, purpose, intended uses, persons or collectives on which it is intended to obtain personal data or which are obliged to supply them, origin of the data and procedure for its collection, basic structure of the file, description of the types of personal data included in the same treatment system, data transfers, transfers to third countries, responsible organ the exercise of rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, and file security.

Single end disposition. Entry into force.

This Order shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Gazette of the State.

ANNEX I

The following file is created:

1. GNSS real time users file

1. Organ responsible for this file. General Directorate of the National Geographic Institute.

2. File name: Real Time Users GNSS.

3. Detailed purpose description: User access control to the National Geographic Institute GNSS real time server.

4. Intended uses: Access control to the server, providing incident information to public users.

5. Data Source: Enrollment of the users themselves.

6. Persons or collectives on which it is intended to obtain data of a personal nature or which are required to supply it: Persons who access the National Geographic Institute's GNSS real time server.

7. Procedure for the collection of personal data: through the website of the National Geographic Institute or by sending the user of a registration form to the IGN.

8. Basic structure of the file and description of the types of personal data included in it: User identification data: name, e-mail, telephone, company or body to which it belongs and use it will give to the data obtained from the GNSS real time server.

9. Treatment system: Automated.

10. Cession of data that you foresee: Not expected.

11. International data transfers to be provided: Not foreseen.

12. Body to which the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition can be exercised: Instituto Geographic Nacional, Calle General Ibanez de Ibero, n. º 3, 28003-Madrid.

13. Security Measures: Basic level.
