The letters of services, as expressed in Chapter III of Royal Decree 951/2005 of 29 July, establishing the general framework for the improvement of quality in the General Administration of the State, are documents that constitute the instrument through which the organs, agencies and entities of the General Administration of the State inform citizens and users about the services they have entrusted to them, about the rights that they receive in relation to those and on the quality commitments in their delivery.

The Royal Decree provides, in Article 11.1, that letters of service and subsequent updates shall be approved by resolution of the Deputy Secretary of the Department to which the body belongs or is linked or Member of the proposing body, after a favourable report of the State Agency for the Evaluation of Public Policies and the Quality of Services (AEVAL).

In its virtue, view the proposed Charter of Services of the Air Transport User Service of the State Aviation Safety Agency (AESA), and the favorable report of the State Agency for the Evaluation of the Public Policy and Quality of Services (AEVAL), this Subsecretariat, in use of the above competition, has resolved the following:

1. Approve the Service Charter for the Air Transport User Service of the State Aviation Safety Agency (EASA).

2. Order the publication of this Resolution in the "Official State Gazette".

The information leaflets of the Charter of Services, which will be valid from the day following the publication of this Resolution in the "Official State Gazette", will be available in all the information from the State Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), as well as in the Department's Information Services and all the Information and Citizen Services Offices referred to in Royal Decree 208/1996 of 9 February. It may also be accessed through the Department's electronic headquarters, in accordance with the provisions of Article 6.2 (b) of Royal Decree 1671/2009 of 6 November 2009, for which Law 11/2007 is partially developed, June 22, citizens ' electronic access to public services, and the General Access Point (PAG) in order to ensure access to this information by citizens and users.
