Royal Decree 1099/1994 of 27 May (Official Gazette of the State number 144), which regulates investigations and technical reports on the accidents of military aircraft, attributes in Article 12 to the Head of State Major of the Army of Earth, within its field of competence, the appointment of the delegates of the Earth Army for the Commission of Technical Investigation of Military Aircraft Accidents (CITAAM).

Order 4/1998 of 12 January ("Official State Gazette" number 20), approving the rules for the organization and operation of the Commission for the Technical Investigation of Military Aircraft Accidents (CITAAM), provides for the appointment of alternate delegates to their appointment.

In its virtue, in the use of the powers conferred on me by article 13 of Law 30/1992, of 26 November, of the Legal Regime of the Public Administrations and of the Common Administrative Procedure, after the approval of the Minister In accordance with the additional provision of Law 6/1997, of 14 April, of the Organization and the Functioning of the General Administration of the State, I have:

First. Delegation of powers.

The General Chief of the Air Force of the Army of the Earth is delegated the competence to appoint the delegates of the Army of Land, and their alternates at CITAAM, referred to in Article 12 of the Royal Decree 1099/1994 of 27 May 1994 (Official Journal of the State, number 144), which regulates investigations and technical reports on accidents involving military aircraft, and point 2 of Order 4/1998 of 12 January (Official Journal of the European Communities). State "number 20", by which the rules for the organisation and operation of the Commission are adopted for the Technical Investigation of Military Aircraft Accidents (CITAAM), which is awarded to the Chief of Staff of the Army of the Earth.

Second. Administrative resolutions.

Administrative resolutions adopted pursuant to the previous paragraph expressly indicate this circumstance, stating in the foreword the expression "By delegation", with reference to this resolution.

Third. Vocation.

In accordance with the provisions of article 14 of Law 30/1992, of 26 November, of the Legal Regime of Public Administrations and of the Common Administrative Procedure, by means of a reasoned agreement, the General of the Army Chief of Staff of the Army will be able to endorse the knowledge and resolution of any issue of the delegation that is granted in this resolution.

Single end disposition. Entry into force.

This resolution shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the "Official State Gazette".
