Having regard to the draft of the Charter of Services of the National Institute of Social Security, prepared by the Directorate General of the National Social Security Institute, and in accordance with the favourable report issued by the Agency State of Public Policy Assessment and Quality in Services, this Secretariat, in use of the competencies assigned to it by article 11.1 of Royal Decree 951/2005, of July 29, establishing the general framework for the improvement of the Quality in the General Administration of the State, has resolved the following:

1. Approve the Service Letter previously reviewed.

2. Order the publication of this Resolution in the "Official State Gazette".

The said Charter of Services will be available in the electronic headquarters of Social Security, in accordance with the provisions of Article 6.2 (b) of Royal Decree 1671/2009 of 6 November 2009, for which the In part, Law 11/2007, of 22 June, of electronic access of citizens to public services. It will also be available on the Internet Portal of the Ministry of Employment and Social Security, in the of Social Security and at the General Access Point (PAG) www.administracion.gob.es.
