Paragraph 2 of the eighth transitional provision of Law 3/2012, of 6 July, of urgent measures for the reform of the labour market, in the wording given by the final provision of the second Royal Decree-Law 16/2014, of 19 December, for which the Employment Activation Programme is regulated, provides that in the case of training and apprenticeship contracts which are signed up to 30 June 2015, in cases where there is no professional training or training certificate of professionalism related to the effective work to be carried out, or training centres available for its delivery, the training activity inherent in these contracts will be constituted by the minimum indicative contents established in the file of training specialties, accessible for consultation in the web pages of the Public Service of State Employment and in those of the corresponding Public Employment Services of the Autonomous Communities, for the occupations or specialties related to the work activity contemplated in the contract; in its absence, it will be constituted by the training contents determined by the companies or communicated by them to the State Employment Public Service, for the purposes of its validation within the framework of the National Employment System.

The provision also provides that, by Order of the Ministry of Employment and Social Security, the deadline may be extended until 31 December 2015.

The adequacy of the training offer inherent in the contracts for training and learning is completed, in particular with regard to the tele-training modality and the establishment of technical supports. necessary for its delivery, it is necessary to maintain in a transitional manner the peculiarities of that when it refers to contracts not linked to certificates of professionalism or professional qualifications, therefore, by this order extends that transitional period until 31 December 2015.

In its virtue, I have:

Single item. Extension of the deadline provided for in the transitional provision of Law 3/2012 of 6 July 2012 on urgent measures for the reform of the labour market, relating to contracts for training and learning.

The deadline provided for in paragraph 2 of the eighth transitional provision of Law 3/2012 of 6 July 2015 on urgent measures for the reform of the labour market is extended until 31 December 2015, in such a way as to for the training and learning to be undertaken up to that date, in cases where there is no professional training or certificate of professionalism related to the actual work to be carried out, or training centres available for its distribution, the training activity inherent in these contracts will be constituted by the the minimum indicative content set out in the field of training courses, accessible for consultation on the websites of the State Employment Service (www.sepe.es) and the corresponding Public Employment Services of the Autonomous Communities, for occupations or specialties relating to the work activity referred to in the contract; failing that, it shall be constituted by the training contents determined by the undertakings or communicated by them to the Service State Employment Public, for the purposes of its validation in the framework of the National System Employment.

Single end disposition. Entry into force.

This order shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the "Official State Gazette".
