By virtue of the provisions of Article 4 of Law 13/1998, of Market Management of Tobacco, the sale prices to the public of certain tobacco products are published in the Tobacco and Timbre Expendedurias of the area of the Monopoly, which have been proposed by the relevant manufacturers and importers.

The sales prices to the public of the tobacco products listed below, including the different taxes, in Expendedurias de Tabaco and Timbre de la Peninsula and Illes Balears, will be as follows:
