Order CIN/1505/2010 of 27 May, creating, modifying and deleting automated files of personal data of the Ministry of Science and Innovation, included the files of personal data managed by that Ministry (currently Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness), containing in three annexes the relationship and description of the various files.

This order modifies Order CIN/1505/2010 of 27 May, in order to create a new personal data file called MINECO-Complaints and suggestions. This file has the purpose of receiving, processing and responding to the complaints and suggestions forms presented in a telematically or presentially by the citizens where the manifestations of dissatisfaction with the services are collected and, also, the initiatives presented to improve the quality of the same.

The order has been submitted to the previous report of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, and complies with the provisions of Article 20 of the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data, and the Article 52 of the Implementing Regulation of the Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, of Protection of Personal Data, approved by Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December.

Annex I of Order CIN/1505/2010 of 27 May 2010, creating, modifying and deleting automated files of personal data of the Ministry of Science and Innovation, in the terms described in the Annex of this order to include the file MINECO-Complaints and suggestions, in the field of the Technical General Secretariat.

Single end disposition. Entry into force.

This order will take effect the day following your publication in the "Official State Bulletin".
