In accordance with the provisions of Article 320 of the recast of the Law on Public Sector Contracts approved by Royal Legislative Decree 3/2011 of 14 November, as well as in Article 21 of Royal Decree 817/2009, May 8, for which the Law 30/2007 of Public Sector Contracts is partially developed, in order to constitute a Permanent Contracting Table to assist the contracting authority:

First.

The Board of Directors of the General Directorate of Architecture, Housing and Soil is established on a permanent basis, with the functions assigned to it in the recast of the Law on Public Sector Contracts approved by the Real Legislative Decree 3/2011 and Royal Decree 817/2009 of 8 May, for which the Law 30/2007 of Public Sector Contracts is partially developed.

Second.

1. The composition of the Permanent Recruitment Bureau of the Directorate-General for Architecture, Housing and Soil will be as follows:

President: A Deputy Director General of the Subdirectorate General to which the contract is sectorially affected.

Deputy Chairman: A Deputy Director General of the Directorate-General for Architecture, Housing and Soil.

Headlines:

A representative of the Department of State Advocacy.

A representative of the Delegation of the Ministry of Finance and Public Administrations.

A General Subdirection Area Manager that is sectorially affected by the contract.

Alternates: A Service Chief of the General Subdirectorate to which the contract is sectorially affected.

Secretary-General: Deputy Director-General for Coordination and Administrative Management.

Alternate Secretary: A Head of Service of the Directorate-General for Architecture, Housing and Soil.

Third.

This Resolution shall have effect from the day following that of its publication in the "Official State Gazette".
