Whereas Article 12 (1) of the Technical Regulation on the distribution and use of gaseous fuels, approved by Royal Decree 919/2006, of 28 July stipulates that " the ITC-ICG 11 shall contain the list of all the rules referred to in the text of the instructions, identified by their titles and numbering, which shall include the year of publication '. And that paragraph 2 of the same article adds that " when one or more rules are subject to review, they shall be subject to update in the list of rules, by resolution of the competent authority in matter of industrial safety of the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade, at present, Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism, in which it must be stated the date from which the use of the new edition of the norm will be valid and the date from which the use of the old edition of the standard shall cease to be so, for regulatory purposes ".

By Resolution of 29 April 2011, of the Directorate General of Industry, the list of standards of the aforementioned ITC-ICG 11 instruction was first updated.

Whereas, as of 29 April 2011, the Spanish Association for Standardisation and Certification (AENOR) has approved new editions of standards contained in the list of complementary technical instruction ITC-ICG 11, the progress of the state of the art and/or European standards.

This Directorate-General, in accordance with the aforementioned Article 12 Technical Regulation on the distribution and use of gaseous fuels, approved by Royal Decree 919/2006 of 28 July, has resolved:

First. Update.

Update the list of rules for the ITC-ICG 11 complementary technical instruction, which includes the following text:

Second. Effectiveness.

This resolution shall have effect from the day following that of its publication in the "Official State Gazette".

Against this resolution, which does not put an end to the administrative route, it may be brought before the General Secretariat of Industry and Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, within one month of its publication in the "Official State Gazette", in accordance with the provisions of Law 30/1992, of 26 November, of the Legal Regime of Public Administrations and of the Common Administrative Procedure.
