The Council of Ministers, at its meeting on 17 July 2015, on a proposal from the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Environment, approved the amendment of the Council of Ministers ' Agreement of 14 November 2014, approving the Combined Agricultural Insurance Scheme for the financial year 2015.

Taking into account the need for the aforementioned amendment to receive the widest dissemination for the importance that the agricultural sector has to have the actions that are contemplated in it, the publication of the This Agreement is annexed to this Resolution.

ANNEX

First. Object of the modification.

In order to maintain a distribution of the procurement between modules similar to that achieved in the 2014 Plan, avoiding the foreseeable displacement of the hiring from the autumn hiring modules (modules 1 and 2) towards the spring hiring (module P), which offers cover against less risks and only during part of the production cycle, it is agreed to modify the ninth paragraph of the Annual Plan of Agricultural Insurance Combined for the financial year 2015, with the aim of include among the conditions to benefit from the additional grant, according to the characteristics of the insured, the olive growers who contract the biennial insurance in module 2, in the insurance line with increasing coverage for olive farms.

Second. Amendment of the Combined Agricultural Insurance Plan for the financial year 2015.

In point 10 of the ninth paragraph of the Council of Ministers Agreement of 14 November 2014 approving the Combined Agricultural Insurance Scheme for the financial year 2015, a point (f) is added with the following text:

"(f) Hater engaged in the biennial insurance of Module 2 in insurance with increasing coverage for olive farms."
