According to the definition and regulation of collector coins, established in Article 81 of Law 42/1994, of December 30, of Fiscal, Administrative and Social Order Measures, Order ECC/700/2015 was issued, April 14, for which the issuance, minting and putting into circulation of coins of collection of the III Series of "Spanish Cities Heritage of Humanity" is agreed.

This Order fixes the characteristics of the coins dedicated to the cities of Santiago de Compostela, Segovia, Tarragona, Toledo and Ubeda, inscribed on the World Heritage list.

In relation to the coin dedicated to Toledo, it is necessary to modify the description of the motif of the reverse, choosing to define a unique and emblematic image of the city, appropriate for its reproduction and coinage.

In its virtue, I have:

Single item. Amendment of Order ECC/700/2015 of 14 April, which agrees to the issuance, minting and putting into circulation of coins of collection of the III Series of "Spanish Cities Heritage of Humanity".

The fifth paragraph of the descriptions of the reasons set out in Article 2 of Order ECC/700/2015 of 14 April 2015, which agrees to the issuance, minting and putting into circulation of coins of collection of the III Series of "Spanish Cities Heritage of Humanity", is worded as follows:

" On the back of the fourth piece is an image of the main facade of the S. I. Primate Cathedral of Toledo. Above the image, two lines and in capital letters, the value of the coin, 5 euros; on the right, in circular descending and in capital letters, the legend Toledo and, below, the mark of Ceca. At the top of the coin, in circular sense and in capital letters, the legend Cities Heritage of Humanity. "

Single transient arrangement. Coinage of the coins in accordance with the amendment of Order ECC/700/2015 of 14 April, which agrees to the issue, minting and putting into circulation of coins of collection of the III Series of " Spanish Cities Heritage of the Humanity " foreseen in this provision.

The coins dedicated to the city of Toledo will be minted all in accordance with the amendment of Order ECC/700/2015, of April 14, for which the issue, coinage and putting into circulation of coins of collection of The III Series of "Spanish Cities Heritage of Humanity", provided for in this provision, since the initial date of issue has not taken place, being planned for the second half of 2015.

This order will produce effects from the day following your publication in the "Official State Bulletin".
