In accordance with the provisions of the 12th Final Act of Law 25/2015 of 28 July 2015 on the second-chance mechanism, reduction of the financial burden and other measures of social order, and complying with the provisions of the This resolution is dictated by this resolution:
First.
In accordance with the provisions of paragraph 4 of the 12th final provision of Law 25/2015 of 28 July, the maximum age of access to the National Youth Guarantee System is extended to those aged 25 and over. 30, which comply with the requirements laid down in Law 18/2014 of 15 October of the adoption of urgent measures for growth, competitiveness and efficiency, in order to benefit from an action derived from the National Guarantee System Youth, given that the unemployment rate for this group stood at 29.77 points according to the data of the Active Population Survey for the fourth quarter of 2014.
Second.
This Resolution shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the "Official Gazette of the State" and shall have effect from the entry into force of Law 25/2015 of 28 July 2015 of the second-chance mechanism, reduction of the financial burden and other social order measures.
