By Resolution of 19 September 2014, of the Presidency of the High Council of Sport ("Official State Gazette" of 30 September), the Programme of Continuing Training of Sport was established for the period 2015 -2017, the conditions for the incorporation of the types of Continuing Training Activities organized by the Spanish Sports Federations were regulated, with three deadlines for the submission of applications. In accordance with the provisions of paragraph 10 of that Resolution of 19 September 2014, the Directorate-General for Sport, the procedure's instructor, will raise the final draft resolution before the Council Presidency. Superior Sports, as a body competent to dictate the resolution of incorporation of the Types of Continuing Training Activities to the Continuing Training Program of Sport.

After this procedure has been completed, this Presidency agrees:

First.

Incorporate the types of Continuous Training Activities requested in the second submission period (May 1-June 1, 2015), as detailed in the Annex.

Second.

Reject all other submitted requests.

Third.

This resolution will put an end to the administrative route. Pursuant to Article 11 (1) (a) of Law 29/1998 of July 13, the regulator of the Jurisdiction-Administrative Jurisdiction, against the same goat, an administrative-administrative appeal shall be brought before the Administrative-Administrative Chamber of the National Court within a period of two months from the day following that of its publication or of its notification. The judgment may also be appealed for in replacement within a period of one month in accordance with Articles 116 and 117 of Law No 30/1992 of 26 November 1992.

Fourth.

This resolution shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the "Official State Gazette".
